Fipla is an intelligent invoicing solution directed to businesses operating directly with consumers.
Fipla Oy is a spin-off focused on intelligent invoices to streamline consumer billing. It was formed in 2021 when Fipla acquired the intelligent invoicing IP and technology from N Health Technology Oy, and a new executive team was put in place to scale the business and own product development. The solution structures invoicing, simplifies payments, improves customer feedback, and reduces credit loss.
We invested in Fipla in 2021, alongside the formation of the company. We believe intelligent invoicing is essential for consumer-facing businesses that want to grow customer satisfaction and sales, and Fipla's solution is unique in the Finnish market.
